4.1 Players must keep their registration information current and accurate. Any material change in circumstances — including change of address, mobile number, or identity documents — must be notified to 897ph support promptly.
4.2 Account balances are non-transferable between Players. 897ph does not permit the transfer of funds between accounts, nor the sale, assignment, or pledge of accounts or account balances.
4.3 897ph may conduct periodic identity verification checks on existing accounts, including requesting updated documentation, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations under the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules.
4.4 Players are responsible for all tax obligations arising from winnings in their jurisdiction. 897ph does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for a Player's compliance with applicable tax laws.
4.5 If a Player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they must contact 897ph support through the official live chat or email channel. Any remaining real money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to pending wagering requirement obligations on any outstanding Bonus Funds.

5.5 Deposits are credited to the Player's 897ph wallet once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment network. 897ph is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banking infrastructure, or network congestion outside 897ph's control.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own verified name. 897ph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 897ph reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
6.3 897ph will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Processing times may be affected by the Player's VIP tier, the payment method selected, and any pending compliance review.
6.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds are always withdrawable subject to identity verification, but Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
6.5 897ph may withhold or reverse a withdrawal request if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or chargebacks associated with the Player's account. In such cases, 897ph will notify the Player and may refer the matter to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement.

7.1 All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by 897ph are subject to these Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
7.2 General bonus conditions applicable to all 897ph promotions unless otherwise stated:
7.3 897ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be permitted to satisfy applicable wagering requirements under the original terms.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrect display of information that results in an erroneous game result or payout, 897ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the Player's account. 897ph will not honor payouts resulting from technical errors.
8.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary based on the Player's VIP tier and the specific table or game variant selected.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, 897ph's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
12.2 897ph shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

13.1 897ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
13.2 On termination of a Player's account for reasons other than Terms violations, 897ph will return any verified Real Money Funds balance to the Player's last verified withdrawal method, less any amounts subject to pending bonus wagering requirements, chargebacks, or third-party holds.
13.3 In the event of termination due to Terms violations, 897ph reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and recovery of losses.

15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal means within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
